本試驗機(jī)適用于門窗合頁鉸鏈的耐久性疲勞試驗。采用觸摸屏 plc 電動控制。 符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：GB/T 29739-2013 ，JGT192-2006標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。結(jié)構(gòu)采用剛性材料焊接.適用于成品門窗啟閉耐久測試。

 1.采用 PLC 微電腦程序控制，框架結(jié)構(gòu)。可設(shè)置旋轉(zhuǎn)角度，頻率，次數(shù)，到達(dá)設(shè)定次數(shù)自動停機(jī)。

2. 采用步進(jìn)電機(jī)，角度可控，精度高；

4. 人機(jī)界面觸摸屏顯示，

5. 啟閉旋轉(zhuǎn)角度 0-130 可調(diào)

6. 速度 0-10 次分鐘設(shè)置，

7. 測試次數(shù) 0-999999 可調(diào)，到達(dá)設(shè)定次數(shù)后，自動停機(jī)；

8.  斷電自動保存數(shù)據(jù)，來電后可繼續(xù)運行；

9. 帶微型打印機(jī)，打印測試數(shù)據(jù)

10. 整樘門最大安裝高度2400MM，寬度1000mm可調(diào)；

This test machine is suitable for the durability fatigue test of door and window hinge. Touch screen PLC electric control is adopted. Standard: GB / T 29739-2013, jgt192-2006. The structure is welded with rigid materials, which is suitable for the opening and closing durability test of finished doors and windows.



1. PLC microcomputer program control, frame structure. It can set the rotation angle, frequency, times and reach the set times to stop automatically.



2. Adopt stepping motor, angle can be controlled and precision is high;
