Bayblend FR3010是一種阻燃PC+ABS混合物。具有剛性、高尺寸精度和穩(wěn)定性、良好的抗蠕變性、低吸濕性和更高的耐熱性等性能的良好平衡。具有高抗沖擊性、強(qiáng)度、改進(jìn)的耐化學(xué)性和應(yīng)力開裂性能。具有良好的涂裝性和流動(dòng)性。即使在低溫下，也能提供低排放、高剛度、易加工性和高韌性。通過注塑成型加工。應(yīng)用包括醫(yī)療設(shè)備，如胰島素筆、患者監(jiān)護(hù)設(shè)備和自動(dòng)體外除顫器。Bayblend FR3010 符合 UL 94 阻燃等級(jí)。

Bayblend FR3010 is a flame-retardant, polycarbonate +acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS) blend. Exhibits an excellent balance of properties such as rigidity, high dimensional accuracy and stability, excellent creep resistance, low moisture absorption and increased heat resistance. Offers high impact resistance, strength, improved chemical resistance and stress cracking behavior. Possesses good paintability and flowability. Provides low emissions and offers high stiffness, easy processing and high toughness – even at cold temperatures. Processed by injection molding. Applications include medical devices such as insulin pen, patient monitoring devices and automated external defibrillator. Bayblend FR3010 complies with UL 94 flame rating.
