Fortron ICE 504L SD3002是一種線性、半結(jié)晶、阻燃的聚苯硫醚（PPS）牌號，由玻璃纖維增強。具有高強度、韌性和良好的焊接性。與其他材料相比，對氣體、碳?xì)浠�合物和其他液體相對不滲透。具有良好的流動性、高尺寸穩(wěn)定性、低摩擦系數(shù)、低收縮率、優(yōu)異的機械和良好的電氣性能、高溫下的抗蠕變性、高連續(xù)使用溫度（160°C 至 240°C）和極低的吸濕性。在高溫下提供高硬度和剛性，從而實現(xiàn)良好的承重性能。具有更快的結(jié)晶速率和循環(huán)時間。具有出色的耐腐蝕性、耐水解性、抗氧化性、耐熱性和抗石蠟堆積性。對 200°C 以下的所有溶劑、酸、堿、典型和替代汽車燃料以及高溫下的石油流體具有出色的耐化學(xué)性�？赏ㄟ^注塑成型加工。適用于無鉛焊接和金屬替代應(yīng)用。符合 RoHS、PFOS 和 PFOA 法規(guī)。

Fortron ICE 504L is a linear, semicrystalline, flame retardant polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) grade reinforced with glass fiber. Possesses high strength, toughness and good weldability. Is relatively impermeable to gases, hydrocarbons and other liquids compared to other materials. Provides good flow, high dimensional stability, low coefficient of friction, low shrinkage, excellent mechanical and good electrical properties, creep resistance at high temperatures, high continuous use temperature (160°C to 240°C) and very low moisture absorption. Offers high hardness and rigidity at elevated temperatures allowing good load bearing performance. Exhibits faster crystallization rate and cycle times. and excellent resistance to corrosion, hydrolysis, oxidation, heat and paraffin buildup. Shows excellent chemical resistance to all solvents below 200°C, acids, bases, typical and alternative automotive fuels and petroleum fluids at elevated temperatures. Can be processed by injection molding. Is suitable for lead-free soldering and metal replacement applications. Complies with RoHS, PFOS and PFOA regulations.
