Ultrason E 2010 是一種由聚醚砜 （PESU） 衍生的無(wú)定形、中等粘度、耐高溫、無(wú)定形熱塑性塑料。不溶于水。具有易流動(dòng)，出色的耐熱性和熱穩(wěn)定性，高溫下的蠕變強(qiáng)度，抗斷裂性，過(guò)熱蒸汽，油，燃料，氟和冷卻劑，良好的韌性和抗沖擊性，高剛度，良好的介電性能，高機(jī)械強(qiáng)度，非常好的防火性能，良好的耐水解性，高抗熱老化性，高的長(zhǎng)期使用溫度，耐候性，良好的尺寸穩(wěn)定性和良好的電氣性能絕緣能力。可使用注塑成型進(jìn)行加工。建議用于汽車應(yīng)用，如連接器、加熱系統(tǒng)和前照燈組件，家庭應(yīng)用，如微波爐天線和其他需要高耐熱性的應(yīng)用。Ultrason E 2010 符合 TSCA、EPCRA 311/312、歐盟指令 2006/122/EC （PFOA）、歐盟指令 2011/65/EU （RoHS） 和 EC 法規(guī) 1907/2006 （REACH）。

Ultrason E 2010 is an unreinforced, medium viscosity, high-temperature resistant, amorphous thermoplastic derived from polyethersulfone (PESU). It is insoluble in water. Exhibits easy flow, outstanding heat resistance & thermal stability, creep strength at high temperatures, resistance to fracture, superheated steam, oil, fuel, fluorine & coolants, good toughness & impact-resistance, high stiffness, good dielectric properties, high mechanical strength, very good fire behavior, excellent hydrolysis resistance, high resistance to thermal aging, very high long-term service temperature, resistance to weathering, good dimensional stability and good electrical insulating capacity. Can be processed using injection molding. Recommended for automotive applications such as fuse encapsulation, connectors, heating system and headlight components, household applications such as microwave dishes and other applications requiring high heat resistance. Ultrason E 2010 complies with the TSCA, EPCRA 311/312, EU Directive 2006/122/EC (PFOA), EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and EC Regulation 1907/2006 (REACH).
