ULTEM 2310-7301 是一種無定形聚醚酰亞胺 （PEI） 牌號，用 30% 玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)。它具有易于流動、良好的尺寸穩(wěn)定性和易于加工的特性，同時毒性低，煙霧逸出。在很寬的溫度范圍內(nèi)提供高剛度、水解穩(wěn)定性、耐化學(xué)性、良好的機(jī)械性能。具有低蠕變敏感性、低收縮率、良好的金屬附著力、高強(qiáng)度和高耐熱性。適合通過注塑成型進(jìn)行加工。建議用于飛機(jī)內(nèi)飾、國坊、半導(dǎo)體、化石、汽車內(nèi)飾和引擎蓋下、電氣設(shè)備和顯示器。它還用于個人配件、儲能、家用電器、伺服電機(jī)、電子材料處理、電氣元件和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。ULTEM 2310-7301 適用于個人娛樂、復(fù)合材料、商用電器和休閑車。符合 UL 94 V-0 和 5VA 阻燃等級。

ULTEM 2310-7301 is an amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It offers easy flow, excellent dimensional stability and easy processability with low toxicity and smoke evolution. Provides high stiffness, hydrolytic stability, chemical resistance, good mechanicals in broad temperature range. Exhibits low creep sensitivity, low shrinkage, good metal adhesion, high strength and high heat resistance. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for aircraft interiors, defense, semiconductors, fossil, automotive interiors & under the hood, electrical devices and displays. It is also used in personal accessory, energy storage, home appliances, servomotor, electronic material handling, electrical components and infrastructure. ULTEM 2310-7301 is suitable for personal recreation, composite, commercial appliance and recreational vehicle. Complies with UL 94 V-0 and 5VA flame ratings.
