新橙皮甙是一種白色粉末，味苦，其熔點(diǎn)是236～237℃。易溶于熱水，溶于熱乙醇，不溶于乙醚。

新橙皮甙是從枳實(shí)中提取的一種天然新型營養(yǎng)甜味劑，其經(jīng)氫化而得的新橙皮甙二氫查耳酮，甜度更是蔗糖的１５００－２０００倍，廣泛用于果汁、果酒、飲料、糕點(diǎn)及藥劑配方的甜味劑（矯味劑），特別適合作為糖尿病患者的食品。

新橙皮甙還具有治愈毛細(xì)血管的脆性和血漿中蛋白質(zhì)通透性過高的作用。曾被稱為維持毛細(xì)血管通透性維生素或維生素P。

Introduction:

Neohesperidin is a bitter, white powder. Its melting point is 236 ~ 237 ℃. Soluble in water, soluble in hot ethanol, but insoluble in ether.

Neohesperidin is a new natural nutrition sweetener, which is extracted from aurantium. The sweetness of Neohesperidin dihydrochalcone obtained hydrogenated from Neohesperidin is 1500-2000 times that of sucrose. And Neohesperidin dihydrochalcone is widely used in fruit juice, wine, beverages, cakes and pharmaceutical formulations sweetener (flavoring agent), particularly suitable as diabetic foods.

Neohesperidin also has effects on the cure for capillary fragility and high permeability of plasma protein. It has been known as vitamins of maintaining capillary permeability  or vitamin P.
